Common questions

Do I need a membership to book?: No. Booking works fully on the free plan at standard rates. Membership only changes the price and adds the extras.
Who sets the member rates?: Each host does, per room. BYBhub doesn't discount anyone's studio on their behalf, so member rates vary and some rooms won't offer one.
How do the 8 Collective seats work?: One person owns the account and invites the rest by email. Everyone books under their own login, all bookings bill to the account, and finance gets one invoice at month end.
What if someone leaves the team?: The owner removes them and the seat frees up immediately. Their past bookings stay on the account for your records.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from your account. You keep the benefits until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Is the creative directory paywalled?: No. Anyone can browse profiles and see people's work. Membership raises your connection limit and your placement, not your ability to look.
