Is Studio worth it for you?
Studio costs £19 and saves 10% on every booking — the booking fee, taken off as a members discount — so it pays for itself once you book about £190 a month — roughly two half-days in a mid-priced room. Below that, stay on Free. We'd rather you stayed than churned.

- Do I need a membership to book?
- No. Booking works fully on the free plan, with a 10% booking fee on top of the room's rate. Members save 10% on every booking — the fee comes off at checkout as a BYBhub members discount — and get the extras.
- What do members save on bookings?
- 10% on every booking, at every studio on BYBhub: the booking fee comes off at checkout as a BYBhub members discount. The studio is paid exactly the same either way — BYBhub covers it.
- How do opportunities work?
- BYBhub posts open calls: showcase slots, listening sessions, studio shoots, content sessions and free music videos. Collective teams post calls too. Anyone can see them at /opportunities; members apply with their work, and whoever posted the call chooses.
- How does Collective work?
- Talk to us and tell us who's on the team. We switch each person's account to Collective, for up to 8 people. Everyone books with their own login and gets every Studio perk, and the membership comes on one invoice, by card or transfer.
- What's a Collective Night?
- A BYBhub showcase just for Collective teams. Every team gets a guaranteed slot each quarter, for the crew or an artist on its roster: ask for it, and we'll put you on one of the next two nights. Studio members get in free.
- What if someone leaves the team?
- Tell us and we'll move their place to someone new. Their past bookings stay with them.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. You keep the benefits until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- Is the creative directory paywalled?
- No. Anyone can browse profiles and see people's work. Membership raises your connection limit and your placement, not your ability to look.
