For hosts

Make money from the room, or the night.

List the hours your space sits empty, put on events, or do both. You set the rates and the dates — we handle discovery, payment and the paperwork.

Both

You run a space and put on your own events in it. Most studios end up here.

You set the price

Hourly rate, day rate and minimum session are yours to set, and you can change them whenever you like. We suggest a range based on comparable rooms nearby.

Your calendar stays yours

Block out your own sessions and the room disappears from search for those hours. Sync with Google Calendar so nothing is ever double-booked.

Cover on every booking

Each session includes £1m public liability and up to £25,000 of equipment cover, applied automatically at no extra cost.

One fee, and only when you earn.

BYBhub takes 12% of each completed booking. Listing is free, there is no monthly charge, and you keep everything if a session never happens.

  • Paid out within two working days of the session ending
  • No fee on cancelled or refunded bookings
  • No exclusivity — list anywhere else you like
  • Leave whenever, with no notice period

Host questions

How long does listing take?
About twenty minutes of writing, then a visit from us to photograph and measure the room. Most spaces are live within a week.
Do I have to be there?
Only if you want to be. Many hosts use a keypad and send the code automatically an hour before the session starts.
What if something gets damaged?
Report it within 48 hours with photographs. Equipment cover runs to £25,000 per booking and we handle the claim with the guest directly.
Can I decline a booking?
Yes. Turn off instant book and every request comes to you first, with the guest's project details, before anything is charged.
